The Sixth Mass Extinction

This visualization summarizes an article from the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences (PNAS) on the effects of humans on vertebrate extinction. My initial exploration involved using the same material to appeal to two different audiences (tech-savvy activists and young adults) before selecting one to improve by making it more inclusive for a visually impaired audience.
